Renovation at North Carolina Global TransPark Brings Office Space
Steel structural materials have been delivered and are being installed. Jackson Builders of Goldsboro, NC, is engaged in steel structural framing for the next several weeks. The next steps include wall framing and glass storefront replacements on the building’s form.
This renovation project aims to repurpose the former North Carolina Global TransPark terminal building. The renovated space will become 9,000 square feet of office space to prepare for future development. The initiative focuses on enhancing the facility’s functionality and providing additional amenities, such as small business incubator areas, training spaces, and meeting facilities.
