NC Military Affairs Commission Tour NC Global TransPark

The North Carolina Military Affairs Commission (NCMAC) met at the NCDOT Division 2 facility to hear a presentation by Preston Hunter, Executive Director of the North Carolina Global TransPark (NCGTP). The group was updated on the latest progress at the NCGTP, and discussions were had on how the NCGTP can best meet the future needs of its tenants and the Department of Defense.

Following the meeting, the NCMAC group toured some of the NCGTP’s tenants Darken, flyExclusive, and FRC East.

EDR appreciates the North Carolina Military Affairs Commission’s work as they identify and support economic development opportunities that focus on leveraging the military, helping create jobs, and expanding defense and homeland security-related economic growth opportunities in North Carolina.
