Broadband Expansion in Lenoir County

Great news was announced for Lenoir County at our press release today! InfinityLink Communications in partnership with the NC Global TransPark have been awarded one of 13 grants by the Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration. The grant will supply $29,985,800 million to expand broadband in Lenoir County to 15,256 unserved households across the county. 

Access to high-speed internet is necessary for businesses, industries, schools, and residents. It is an essential infrastructure that strengthens our local economy and communities in eastern North Carolina. NCGTPEDR and Lenoir County welcome this broadband expansion.
