Renovation at North Carolina Global TransPark Brings Office Space
Here is the latest: site demolition, preliminary plumbing, and footers for structural supports have been completed. Currently, the project is preparing for steel deliveries before construction begins. The project is on schedule and expected to be completed in the spring of 2025.
This renovation project, led by Jackson Builders of Goldsboro, NC, aims to repurpose the former North Carolina Global TransPark terminal building. The renovated space will become 9,000 square feet of office space to prepare for future development. The initiative focuses on enhancing the facility’s functionality and providing additional amenities, such as small business incubator areas, training spaces, and meeting facilities.
