EDR Staff Attend NC East Alliance Vision 2024 

North Carolina Global TransPark Economic Development Region‘s Trey Cash and Craig Foucht attended the NCEast Alliance Vision 2024 event in Greenville, NC, at East Carolina University Student Union, where they learned about developing a homegrown workforce through STEM education.

The event brought together students, educators, workforce leaders, and elected officials to learn about STEM Schools of Distinction and leadership development for teachers and students.

The day’s focus was how we develop, retain, and connect local talent in eastern North Carolina to give young adults the life skills required to sustain a career in the labor force.
