FRC East C130 MRO Complex – Construction Continues

Construction managers Barnhill Contracting and TA Loving Company are preparing the site for construction. Office trailers, a second construction entrance drive, and a gate for HWY 58 access have been set up on-site. Progress continues with the hauling in of fill dirt for building foundation prep. 

It is great to see this project ramping up! The complex will provide space for maintenance operations on C130s and other aircraft for the Air Force and Navy, bring over 400 aviation jobs to the NC Global TransPark, and positively impact the economy of eastern NC and the EDR region.
